As a young man, (after graduating from Mississippi College, The School of Law), I witnessed the way that Social Security Disability helped out my father when he became disabled due to a serious illness.
I understand the need for diligent, and skillfull manuvering through the disability system. Understanding how the disability system works enables me to better represent my clients. I belong to the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives to keep me up to date on all the new rulings from the government.
I am the founder of Social Security Denied, LLC, this company was designed by me to do one thing, assist people with their Social Security Disability claims.
I have been sworn into the Supreme Court of The United States by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, I am a member of the bar in that Court. I am permitted to argue cases in that Court.
Give me a call and I would be pleased to put my legal skills and experience to work for you.

Social Security requires the attorney to complete extensive paperwork and prepare records. Dan is one of the most efficient, dedicated lawyers I know. When he gets a matter, he goes to work right away. He is very organized and exact, a real detailed attorney. All these traits make him the perfect attorney to handle your social security matter. I believe that if you hire Dan, he will work as hard as possible to assist you in getting maximum benefits in minimum time.

I endorse this lawyer's work. Mr. McMurtrey has represented three clients whom I have referred. I was especially impressed with the way he handled a slip and fall case where liability was questionable. He obtained an outstanding result. His work is professional and efficient. I will continue to refer him cases.
