I was recently arrested and charged with 3rd offence DUI. Technically, the charge should have been 2nd offence considering my first was at the age of 18 and dated back to 1992. The second was in 2008 and was treated as 1st offence. Either way, my court date is scheduled for early next month. Nee...dless to say, I was very scared after the arrest. I am so happy with how this turned out. Yes, I do have to have an interlock still, but now only for 6 months and I get to KEEP my license with no restrictions! I am definitely the type of person that needs to know everything from every angle, so though I am sure I was annoying at times, he always answered my questions and reassured me that everything was going to be okay.
