Upon first calling Scott's office, and explaining the charges brought against me; Scott assured me he would fight on my behalf since I was out of state. Scott was able to move my court date to a later date, so I had time to get my ducks in a row to fly back down to Tennessee. He worked with me and th...e judge and was able to successfully dismiss my case in exchange for community service hours. I did not have any priors to this incident and am glad Scott could keep my record as such.

Scott is a great lawyer! He got my charge retired in Rutherford County General Sessions... He has a good relationship with the DA’s Office and knows how to negotiate. I was told by other attorneys that evidence doesn’t get Supeoned in General Sessions. Scott and his staff took care of business and go...t the job done.. Highly Recommend!!!

I can't find the words to express how much S. Kimberly assisted my husband in his time of need. My husband made a stupid, out of character, mistake and Scott was right there every step of the way.
