I have used Mr. Drake in the past for several cases such as, divorce, simple possession and business related issues. Every time, to my amazement, I have gotten the fair end of deal but this last case i was truly caught of guard. A couple of years ago Mr. Drake represented me in a DUI charge, on which... he got drop down to a reckless driving charge (five days in jail and 11-29 probation). Well i didn't go to probation, couple years later got arrested for probation violation. First appearance verdict....... pay the court cost, probation fines, DUI class and 45 days in jail for the violation. Mr. drake ask the courts to rescheduled my court date for 30 days. Mr. drake then advised me at that time to pay all cost, take the class and go to probation for the next four weeks and he would work out the rest. Second appearance verdict.... after giving Mr. Drake all the receipts and certificate of the class, Mr. Drake went to bat on the violation charge with the DA. To my amazement Mr. Drake returned with a motion to drop the probation violation. After going in front of the judge the violation was dropped and I am no longer on probation. With Mr. drake acknowledgement of the law I would recommend him with any case.

Mr. Drake was very knowledgeable and helpful in my case. Not only did john get my DUI case dropped to a reckless but even managed to get a 7 day mandatory jail sentenced reduced as well. As far as his professionalism and staff, they are second to none. They are friendly, polite and made me feel very ...comfortable. After dealing with attorneys over the years, as a law enforcement officer, hiring one is not something high on my list. With that said, I knew I had to find an attorney that I knew something about, trusted, and who would be a good fit with me considering my attitude at times.
