After a lapse in judgement, I was facing jail time that would have ruined my future career and ruined my last year of college. Mr. Donnavon Vasek advocated for me to get me the minimum sentence so I could proceed with my career, and even after the court case was settled, he still advocated for me to have less probationary penalties that were financially a struggle for me. He advocated for me until he had those penalties removed--even after he had been paid and court completed and he had no obligation to me. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of legal advice or representation.

I was arrested for violating two (2) conditions of my Community Supervision. Both were class A misdemeanors that carried a lot of stress for me. First I was charged without a proper investigation of the company that I worked for. That being said I was encouraged by Donnovan when I first met him. I wasn't judged by my past, what a relief that is. Donnovan merely asked the facts and encouraged me with the fact that I wouldn't be hiring a lawyer but a law firm. Immediately upon hiring Donnovan the investigators went to work on verifying my actual position and the conditions that I worked in. They were able to corroborate my statements.
Then no promises were made that anything would happen at the first court appearance but, Donnovan hit the state right between the eyes and told them that they "don't want this fight, that they would lose". The State dismissed both counts and I walked out with out any further cost or stress.
I would also like to note that I had interviewed one other attorney and almost considered the Public Defenders office.
Thank you Donnovan and your team!! One of the wisest decisions I have ever made.

I used Mr. Vasek on an estate issue and was really impressed with him. He was thorough and brought up points that I had never even considered and I have worked in the legal field for 15 years. I thought he was sincere and very interested in helping me.
