About me

Prior to going to law school, I was a technical writer in the defense and software industries.  I waited to go to law school until my kids were in school.  Although I grew up with three sisters and a brother, I now am the only female in my immediately family, having a husband, stepson, and two sons.  Our oldest is a p.h.d. chemical engineer in Colorado, and our two younger sons are engineering majors at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.  Go Vols!  Since my kids are away from home, I may tend to "mother" my clients a little and sometimes give hugs... I appreciate my clients and try to give the best service and legal representation possible.
