I consulted and hired Emily in January 2017. She was an excellent listener and very compassionate while handling my divorce. She was attentive during my entire case and kept me informed throughout the process. Emily was extremely helpful in explaining the process, what my options were, and the potential outcome. I felt like I always had some one on my side that I could turn to. She was there for me until the very end. I would absolutely use Emily Moore Leininger again and highly recommend her.

I retained Emily two months ago and can't imagine if I had went any other direction. She has walked me through my custody battle from start to finish, without making any false promises and consistently over-delivering. I've seen a drive that I had only heard about or watched in movies, Emily is truly passionate about what she does and it shows in her results. I'm so thankful for what she has done for my son and I. Highly recommend her for any practice under her umbrella, as she helped me in both General Sessions and Juvenile court successfully. Extremely well rounded, intelligent individual, and if you want an exceptional attorney I promise she's the direction you want to go.

I have known Emily for over 15 yrs and remember when she first began law school. I could not help but be impressed with her devotion to her Family, her work and going to law school at the same time. This is a prime example of multi-tasking and really showed her devotion to getting her law degree and practicing law. She has since become a noted expert on Family Law and the person to see if you have these issues. I highly recommend Emily and wish her the most success.
