Trustworthy, Responsive, and Compassionate Family Law Attorney

Jason was fantastic. He was always direct with me, available by phone, email or text, and responded promptly. He made sure I understood the process every step of the way. Jason handled all my questions with care and was mindful of billing, especially when I wanted to explore tangents about my case—wh...ich I greatly appreciated as a single mother. I can't recommend Jason and his firm highly enough to anyone in need of family law representation.

Very Professional, Effective and Efficient

Mr. Talley came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. He handled my divorce with great efficiency. Divorce Law Expert

Jason is experienced, forthright, and candid. In what should have been a very simple matter and became complicated, Jason anticipated potential problems and offered pros and cons of possible options. I didn't always defer to his preferred course of action, which 100% of the time turned out that his... course was the correct one to begin with. It was obvious that he held my interests as a priority, and was responsive and efficient. Should the occasion arise whereby an acquaintance finds themselves in a similar situation, I'll bluntly tell them they'd be foolish not to hire him.

Worth every penny

Jason is a consummate professional with detailed knowledge of divorce and family law. He is friendly but direct. His communication was excellent. Even if he was in court or mediation until well after the conclusion of normal business hours, he always returned calls or messages the same day or the nex...t morning and dealt with all correspondence and documentation ASAP. He advised me patiently and carefully and never pressured me to follow a particular course of action, making clear to me from the beginning that the decisions were mine alone and that his job was not to tell me what to do, but to explain to me what I COULD do. He dealt calmly and professionally with my spouse's attorney and made every effort to keep things as amicable as possible, but he was not afraid to get tough when conflicts arose. Probably the best compliment I can give Jason regards the way he handled himself in mediation. A day I expected to last six or eight hours at the most stretched on into the tenth hour. I became fatigued, frustrated, emotional, and confused to the point that I would have "thrown in the towel." Up to the end of a very long day, Jason remained calm, professional, and poised and made sure every detail was accounted for, advising me in a way that we were able to reach a satisfactory agreement. I was confident in Jason from the get-go, but the way he handled himself after ten hours of mediation confirmed for me that I had hired one of the best people I could have found to handle my case. Highly recommended.

Very Good Attorney

Jason represented me in my divorce case against my wife. He was attentive, very knowledgable and represented me well. I would whole heartedly recommend Jason to friends of mine (and I already have).
