Very Bad Marriage, Very Good Outcome

I was in a marriage that had expired a long time ago. I stayed way too long because I was absolutely petrified to leave due to my ex's husbands extremely hostile and aggressive behavior and the heavy strings that were attached to my ex's family. At my initial consultation, my Atty provided clear ...and upfront information. Once the process began, anytime an issue arose he handled it swiftly and professionally. He was also very aggressive when things became gnarly which always resulted in a good outcome on my behalf. Although my mediation failed, my Atty fought hard on my behalf. He was able to find a solution that ended my case quickly without going to court due to his extensive knowledge of how the law works. My outcome actually was better than what I would have received if we agreed in mediation. It was actually better than what I had hoped for. Now I have my home, my children and a happy new life minus a really bad ex-husband/in-laws. His support staff was amazing and also offered good advise during the times I could barely think straight. The process is awful, but my Atty and his office handled the process in a very kind and courteous manner, and aggressively defend me till the end.

Jason helped educate me on all of my options and made sure that I was given very clear communication throughout my case. He was extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable! No one wants to endure a divorce, but Jason was informative and thorough.

Worth every penny

Jason is a consummate professional with detailed knowledge of divorce and family law. He is friendly but direct. His communication was excellent. Even if he was in court or mediation until well after the conclusion of normal business hours, he always returned calls or messages the same day or the nex...t morning and dealt with all correspondence and documentation ASAP. He advised me patiently and carefully and never pressured me to follow a particular course of action, making clear to me from the beginning that the decisions were mine alone and that his job was not to tell me what to do, but to explain to me what I COULD do. He dealt calmly and professionally with my spouse's attorney and made every effort to keep things as amicable as possible, but he was not afraid to get tough when conflicts arose. Probably the best compliment I can give Jason regards the way he handled himself in mediation. A day I expected to last six or eight hours at the most stretched on into the tenth hour. I became fatigued, frustrated, emotional, and confused to the point that I would have "thrown in the towel." Up to the end of a very long day, Jason remained calm, professional, and poised and made sure every detail was accounted for, advising me in a way that we were able to reach a satisfactory agreement. I was confident in Jason from the get-go, but the way he handled himself after ten hours of mediation confirmed for me that I had hired one of the best people I could have found to handle my case. Highly recommended.

Very Good Attorney

Jason represented me in my divorce case against my wife. He was attentive, very knowledgable and represented me well. I would whole heartedly recommend Jason to friends of mine (and I already have).

Thinks out of the Box

Jason was awesome in handling my divorce. He listened to everything I said and yet, he was thinking out of the box. I couldn't have found a better attorney!
