Please choose a different route.

Mark Peckham is not an attorney for the people. Through my first conversation after being assigned Mark, he pulled my file and advised me that people usually have this dismissed (since I’m a female) and that I wouldn’t have anything to worry about, total conversion was no more than 3 mins and that’s... mostly him finding my file. On the day of, I discussed about the dismissal and how the original 90 days wouldn’t work especially since I’m actively looking for work and this has became an issue and he said that wasn’t possible and that I’d basically have to go through another probationary period (suspended for 45 days) before it could be considered dismissed. While being in court he doesn’t even come to explain any details about any of this to me so now I’m still just as clueless as before. Literally left sitting there even after people after me were being called to leave. So please, If you have to spend money to hire an attorney, there are other people that will fight for you, even free ones. Mark will not fight for dismissal even with a child in your hand and the suspension means that it’ll take even longer for you to find a job for that child. As much as I wish I could go into more detail of the situation, it does me no justice here, just please research to find you someone more reliable and suitable. Ps, another person didn’t have an attorney and was only able to speak for herself and still got her case dismissed. Not saying the situation is the same but may be more beneficial to fight for yourself than to allow Mark to.
