Crystal was fantastic! She was honest and specific about what I needed to do in order to have the best possible outcome for my case. This was a relocation matter, and proved difficult, but Crystal was clear with her expectations for the duration of the case. She did not sugar coat or give false hope.... There was no unnecessary communication (which is good, because that costs money!). The correspondence we had was always clear, and informative that was helpful for the matter at hand.
