Good For Entertainment and Law
I hired Matt to help with my son's music career, and he has done really good work. Aside from sidestepping bad music managers, he's helped with our brand and getting some shows. Recommended.

E&O Due Diligence for T.V. Distribution
Matthew helped our company at the last minute with our E&O policy, which we needed for distributing our television pilot. It worked out well, and our show is now airing on T.V.. Thanks!

Feature Film & Distribution Help
I produced a feature length film and Matt helped me with getting all my investor docs in order. This was especially helpful since I don't work with securities and corporate contracts too much. In addition to that, he showed me the things to protect so I could get to distribution without problems.

Great Help for High-Profile Bankruptcy
Mr. Wenzlau helped me with a rather sensitive bankruptcy situation. I own multiple businesses, some of them entertainment, and it worked out well. I recommend him.

Good & Affordable Entertainment Attorney
I came to Matt as a referral from a Grammy nominated jazz musician. He negotiated my record contract for me, and still freed me up for creative projects on the side. He knew the business and was affordable.
