highly recommend!

I met Shane & his employees in 2016 and the only thing i regret is that i didn't retain them sooner. You can call the office at any time during the day and you will either talk with someone right then or they return your call promptly. Abby is the senior paralegal for this firm and she really is ...a person that you just feel comfortable talking to about anything. It's easy to open up to her and she always has the best advice. I love that she will tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear. She is an absolute sweetheart but she doesn't sugar coat the truth and I really respect that. Shane's associate, Mary Kristen Galanos, represented me in court recently and I can honestly say I've never had an attorney fight so hard for me. This was family court so it was important to me that I be represented by someone who was a mom or parent so that they'd take my case personally and Mary Kristen exceeded all of my expectations. She could have came to court and been in and out in 45 minutes but she really took her time negotiating with the other parties attorney. We spent a total of 4 hours at the youth center that day. Since that day, she has always returned my phone calls promptly and she has even responded to e-mails promptly even on the weekends. If you're looking for a female attorney that will fight for you and your family no matter what, Mary Kristen is your girl. I've visited their office on numerous occasions for different reasons... it doesn't matter who I am there to see or what for, everyone makes it a point to introduce themselves. They go out of their way to be professional, courteous and quick to meet your specific needs. I highly recommend Shane Taylor & Associates to all of my friends and family needing legal counsel and I hope that this review helps you make the decision to retain them as well.

Highly recommend

I have used Shane's firm for years and will continue to. He always responds to calls or returns them in a timely manner. Everyone in his firm is very professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding

When I found myself in an unexpected and unimaginable custody battle involving the grandmother of my children, I went to Shane Taylor and his firm for help. I found both Shane and his staff to be experienced, responsive, knowledgable and honest. While working with Shane, I felt as though my situati...on was in adept and trustworthy hands. He never steered me wrong. In unvarnished truth, he will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. He has tenacity coupled with a degree of tenderness, but he never loses site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for his client. Great firm

I had SUCH a great experience with this firm. I never did speak with the actual lawyer himself but Abby & Mary Kristin (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) were such a great help with getting everything I needed for my divorce! If I need any more legal help, I will go back to Abby FOR SURE!
