I retained Ms. Asthana and her law firm Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana for a personal injury matter. The people there repeatedly told me things were going well. I soon requested documentation to show what work and maneuvers were made by the law firm. A few months prior to the statute of limitations, with ...no new information, this firm completely dropped the case without explanation. This law firm wasted critical time over so many months making it almost impossible to find a new law firm for the case so late in the game. When asked for a detailed summary of what was done on the case, I was ignored. My legal case was completely neglected by Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana. Don't make the same mistake, find an honest lawyer, or law firm and be careful.
