They are extremely knowledgeable about cases with DHR. Very honest and personable. Everyone involved made us feel confident about our rights and the possible outcomes of our case. Sree provided education about our options while giving his advice, but allowed for us to make the decision on how to move... forward instead of taking everything into his hands (which is really nice when you are dealing with feeling a loss of control, especially when it comes to your children). Foxtrot has the desire to provide better service and listen to constructive feedback.
