Did a great job for me after a DUI.

I have never had the need for a criminal defense lawyer – until I did! I hired Mr. Russell Crumbley based on two recommendations from persons who work in the legal business. Now, I am the one recommending Russ and his team at Crumbley-Blackwell & Associates to anyone reading this. Just hours after... my arrest, I was able to make an appointment before my first visit to the court. Having never been in this situation before, this was very important to me. Russ was with me every step of the way. In the end, my case was dismissed thanks to this fine law firm. There were many court appearances, so I was able to observe his interactions with other defense lawyers, prosecutors, and two judges. It was obvious to me that he is well liked and, more importantly, well respected in the legal community. It takes more than just navigating the legal system (which Russ did with ease), it also takes relationships. Again, I highly recommend Mr. Crumbley and will never forget what he did for me.

Fantastic service

He was very thorough with explaining how the case process would work and was always open to all questions. The outcome was excellent and would recommend anyone to him for DUI cases.

He saved me from serious time

I was arrested nearly 2 years after a bar fight for felony assault, had never been arrested before and both a family friend and the bail bondsman recommended Crumbley-Blackwell. I hired Mr. Crumbley as my lawyer and he did everything he could. They tried to get me to take a plea for a misdemeanor a...nd 2 years probation and Mr. Crumbley easily could of just told me to take it, as he was already paid and could of dumped me off and move on, but he insisted we take it to trial because he thought wasn't right what was happening and i never should of been arrested or charged for defending myself when I was attacked. He believed we could win and so I went with his advice. In the end right before the trial he got all charges dismissed and even court fees waived and I just had to pay a small restitution fee. Hiring Mr. Crumbley was the best decision I could have made and am extremely thankful to him and his firm for everything. Hopefully I never have any use for him again but if I'm ever in a bad way again he'll definitely be my first call.

Highly Recommend

Mr. Crumbley and his team have been amazing throughout this difficult process. They were efficient, professional, walked me through everything and answered all the questions I had. If you are in need of a Criminal Defense Attorney i would highly recommend this office. I can't stress enough how gratef...ul I was to be refereed to them. Being involved in a criminal case is stressful enough and not knowing the process or whats going to happen next, can be beyond stressful. Fortunately, they took my case and fought hard for me while also keeping me well informed and updated throughout the process!
