Richard took on a wrongful termination suit that was emotionally charged and high risk by any measure. Even our own clients and customers were starting to believe we would lose the case and go out of business. But Richard is morally well grounded with deep convictions on matters of justice and law. Importantly to us, he believed we were in the right, and fought for us to the very end. Based on his exceptional defense, we won the case against all odds in a jury trial that could have easily been decided on the juror's sympathies rather than on the rights of the accused. The case was decided in our favor and even withstood an appeal to the 11th circuit. We don't wish such an experience on anyone, but for those who are faced with such difficulties, we heartily recommend Richard Raleigh.

Mr. Raleigh expertly represented my company in an IP litigation suit involving complex technical issues, digital media and non-competition agreements that compounded legal interpretations and analyses. Mr. Raleigh successfully navigated through the multitude of issues, eventually reaching an amicable settlement between the parties. Throughout the lawsuit, Mr. Raleigh brought not only an expert legal background to the table, but also a real-world understanding and ability to clearly articulate each complex issue to all of the involved legal parties, including judges, opposing attorneys and legal experts. I would highly recommend Mr. Raleigh for representing you in IP matters, especially if complicated technical and workplace agreement issues are a factor.

I highly recommend Rich for corporate legal work. He is extremely responsive and doesn't overcomplicate the issues. I found his advice to reasonable and easy to implement.
