BEST AUTO WRECK ATTORNEY IN ALABAMA!

M.r Howie represented me in a bad auto accident that took 4 years for the insurance companies to settle on. He coordinated with the Dr's, hospital and insurance companies to get all the paperwork required to prove the seriousness of my accident. He kept me continuously updated on every aspect o...f my case and also kept me informed that an auto accident can take many years to get a good final outcome. But I am glad to say that after 4 years I walked away with a tidy sum of money that made the wait worth it. He also didn't charge me anything up front. All his pay came after the claim was settled. I will definitely go to him again for any legal issue.

Excellent Attorney - Involved, Informative, Effective

I hired several HSV area attorneys over the years. Mitchell was responsive, insightful, and professional. Many attorneys go through the motions, bill you endlessly , and others are downright unethical. Mitchell will take a personal interest in you and your case. There are many unethical attorney...s here in town. Treat the Alabama Bar Association as a special interest group who protects the bad ones. Mitchell is one of the good ones.

Attentive and professional

Mr. Howie's understanding of the law and caring attitude make him the perfect attorney when I needed representation. Mr. Howie was the 2nd attorney after the 1st attorney I hired was non attentive, non communicative and wasted time and money. I only wish I’d secured Mr. Howie’s services sooner.

Military Divorce

Mitchell did an excellent job on my behalf of making sure I was not being taken advantage of and fought for my rights. Being active duty military and stationed overseas it made my situation more difficult in dealing with my divorce. Between Mitchell and Madeline, they were able to answer all my quest...ions and respond to all my emails usually within just a few hours. They stayed on top of my case and Mitchell was able to ensure I got proper custody of my children as well as not overpaying ridiculous amounts to the other side. I would highly recommend Mitchell to any military member as he can understand the hardships that come along with it.

Boom!

Attorney Mitchell J Howie represented me in my divorce after 20 years of marriage. He took the time to explain documents and/or what the court was requesting. I felt very comfortable with our interactions and communications to the point of sending a text when concerns popped in my head and Attorney ...Howie would respond right away. My ex-husband was not very agreeable and was offering settlements that wouldn't benefit me at all. Attorney Howie never pushed me to just accept what was being offered. Instead he asked me what I wanted and how I wanted to handle things then he worked hard to get my desires met. The divorce process took about 2 years and by then I was ready to just get it over with even if I lost out. Attorney Howie told me to relax and he would do the rest. As a result of his preparation, diligence and penmanship of our settlement offer. I was awarded everything I wanted and more! I actually was amazed at the things Attorney Howie asked for because I was focused on my current needs. However, he was focused on now and later which got me a pretty sweet settlement. Thank You! Now his service was costly but it was worth every penny and I am glad I hired him. If you are divorcing a military person then Attorney Mitchell Howie is the right attorney for you!!
