Best Lawyer in Huntsville

Mitchell J. Howie was recommend by the Bar Association. His office staff set up an appointment for a consultation promptly. I was very impressed by his professionalism and caring nature. I hired him for my divorce attorney. I felt confident with the wonderful job he did working with my husbands a...ttorney. He was able to work out all the details. I received more spousal support than I had originally thought. He made sure everything was done correctly which gave me peace of mind knowing there were no loop holes. I would highly recommend him for any legal services.

Excellent Attorney

I recently retained Attorney Mitchell J. Howie to file for an increase in child support. My ex is active duty military and I wanted someone who is familiar with how the military operates. Attorney Howie is very professional and with his military background and specializing in Family and Military Law ...he is the perfect attorney for me. Some attorneys are easily intimidated by other attorneys. Not Mitchell Howie, he was not intimidated by the opposing counsel and was quick to call the opposing counselor out on any B***S*** that was thrown his way. He is very accurate, thorough, he listens to you, and works quickly to get you a court date. He is a great communicator and not once did I ever feel like I could not reach my attorney. He is very honest and will let you know if the law will allow you to get what you are requesting. He is a great negotiator and not only did I win my case, but Attorney Howie added a modification to my support order that requires my ex to notifiy me within 30 days of a promotion and pay increase. I am very happy with the service that I received and I will be using Attorney Howie in the future.

Excellent lawyer

I hired Mitchell to represent a family member. He was wonderful. He always kept us abreast of everything going on with the case, he was never judgemental and he thoroughly explained anything we had questions about.
