My Rape 2nd case

Mr. Howie represented me in a case where I was charged with Rape in the 2nd degree for having consensual sex even though I thought the girl was 17. I am just 18 but was in danger of having to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life because I didn’t know how old the girl was! I thought it ...was wrong but I learned the law was really strict in this area. With the best attorney in Alabama, Mitchell J. Howie on my side I was able to get that charge dismissed with prejudice and not have to register and not have to go to jail. Worth the money!

I found myself in need of a lawyer. I had never had more than a traffic ticket and now I was faced a serious class A misdemeanor that could ruin my career.
