Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney in Huntsville, Alabama

We are an out-of-state contractor, and Mr. Howie defended us when we charged with operating without the necessary contractor's license. Mr. Howie got the issue quickly resolved and convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the charge. He was willing to help us on very short notice, was extremely knowledg...eable and a great communicator. I would recommend him highly!!

GREATEST DEFENSE ATTORNEY EVER!

I was facing felony charges and possible jail time for making a stupid mistake. I was the kind of person who has never been in trouble in my life. It caused me to think my life was ruined with a felony conviction and possible loss of job and/or jail time. Mr. Howie was able to ease my fears and make ...me truly believe that everything was going to be alright. I can't thank him enough for the professional and efficient service he provided for me to a wonderful conclusion. I will enthusiastically recommend his services. He is the BEST man for the job. Thanks is not a strong enough word for someone who gave me my life back.

Mr. Howie SAVED MY LIFE!!!

I was toast before meeting Mr. Howie. He worked with the court system and, against all odds, got my case dismissed. I am truly grateful for the work he did for me and the effort he put in to my case. He saved my military career and my family. I researched and interviewed many Lawyers before choosing ...Mr. Howie and when I stepped into his office, I knew he was the one to hire. He promptly responded to the many questions and emails I sent him, and kept me involved and up to date on what was going on with my case. I am not sure if you can find another Lawyer in the country that provides as diligent of a service that Mr. Howie did.

Couldn't have asked for a better attorney

I was facing two felony drug charges. After hiring another attorney for my first, I was arrested again. I no longer had money to pay him for my new charge, so the court appointed me Mitchell Howie. The difference between Howie and my other attorney was enormous; Howie actually came and sat down wi...th me while I was in jail, took his time to get the details of my case, he worked with my family and got me a bed in a local rehab facility so I could get out of jail. My paid lawyer did not do any of this, I wish I would have hired Howie from the beginning. Throughout the next year, Howie kept me updated on my case by emailing me things such as the discovery, evidence, etc. He made my options clear and was able to get a much better offer from the prosecutor than my paid lawyer. I was looking at being a convicted felon on probation, but Howie was able to work with the DA's office and get me into Drug Court so that I will have a clean record. If I could do this over again I would have retained Howie from the beginning. I couldn't be more grateful for everything he's done for me.

You need Mr. Howie as your lawyer!!

I received a serious charge for the first time and was going through every emotion imaginable out of fear. From the moment I met Mr. Howie he made me feel at ease. He fought for me and always kept me up to date on what was going on with my case. He is very trustworthy and honest, while at the same t...ime makes you feel like you're in good hands. He ensured me that as long as I do my part (classes, and showing up for court) he will get me the best deal possible. He delivered and then some, getting the charge/case dismissed while making the entire process a breeze. If you are looking for a lawyer, there is no need to look any further!
