BEST AUTO WRECK ATTORNEY IN ALABAMA!

M.r Howie represented me in a bad auto accident that took 4 years for the insurance companies to settle on. He coordinated with the Dr's, hospital and insurance companies to get all the paperwork required to prove the seriousness of my accident. He kept me continuously updated on every aspect o...f my case and also kept me informed that an auto accident can take many years to get a good final outcome. But I am glad to say that after 4 years I walked away with a tidy sum of money that made the wait worth it. He also didn't charge me anything up front. All his pay came after the claim was settled. I will definitely go to him again for any legal issue.

BEST DEFENSE ATTORNEY IN MADISON COUNTY!

As someone who had never been in a scenario where a lawyer might be needed, I was very nervous. My wife noticed on Mitchell Howie’s website that he was of military service and had been recognized by the National Top One Percent of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. My sit...uation was one that would not have brought Mr. Howie any glory or fame. Yet, I can attest that he still was very patient, polite and responsive (I ask a lot of questions). I even received correspondence from him at 8pm at night. When discussing topics such as asset protection, my greatest concern was not doing anything that would be unethical. Mr. Howie helped direct me with professionalism and integrity. In the end, his law firm helped us navigate territory that I wouldn’t even know where to begin, and helped us get a tremendous burden removed.

Excellent Attorney - Involved, Informative, Effective

I hired several HSV area attorneys over the years. Mitchell was responsive, insightful, and professional. Many attorneys go through the motions, bill you endlessly , and others are downright unethical. Mitchell will take a personal interest in you and your case. There are many unethical attorney...s here in town. Treat the Alabama Bar Association as a special interest group who protects the bad ones. Mitchell is one of the good ones.
