BEST CRIMINAL AND DIVORCE ATTORNEY IN HUNTSVILLE AND MADISON COUNTY

I first came to see Mitchell in undoubtedly the darkest hours of my life on a criminal charge. He sincerely took me on and walked me through the process and defended and counseled me with the upmost respect. I REALLY would not recommend anyone else’s counsel. He is straight up and forward with you, h...onest and trustworthy. At every turn I had questions and concerns but he and his assistant Madeline were there with quick responses and had the answers. After my criminal case came the divorce proceedings. This wasn’t easy, but with an all day mediation the impossible became and very desirable outcome! I couldn’t be happier with my attorney Mitchell J. Howie! “Make it happen, Cap’n”.

The absolute best criminal defense attorney!

Me. Howie did an amazing job getting the charges dismissed against me. I could have lost my work license because of the allegations made against me from the ex if not for Mr. Howie’s dedication and hard work on my case! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a great attorney!

Best Criminal Defense Lawyer in Huntsville

I went to see Mr. Howie because I found myself in a very scary situation that was completely unfamiliar to me. If reading this, you need to retain Mitchell Howie

Amazing communication from the beginning to the end. I was facing a felony charge for criminal mischief. Mr Howie was confident that he could present a strong defense for me. He was right! He vigorously fought the State and was very active in pushing for the results that we wanted. Mr Howie did... not simply stand by and let the run-of-the-mill process take it's coarse. He took the fight to the prosecution and did what you would want an attorney to do. Mr Howie presented our case at a probable cause hearing and had the case dismissed before it was even forwarded to a grand jury.
