A professional and a pleasure to work with.

Attorney Mitchell J. Howie is a professional and pleasant person to work with. In my dealings with him, he has been helpful, insightful and very accommodating to my needs and requests. I've been impressed with his consistent work ethic and his passion for helping those in need. Even in stressful situ...ations, I have felt confident and at ease knowing that Mitchell J. Divorce and will

Mitchell J Howie is a member of DAV Chapter 26 in Huntsville. He prepared and filed my parents' will and did not advise them to pay for any unnecessary paperwork (as a company in Florida did). Mitchell handled my divorce in a timely and responsive manner at a very reasonable cost. Whenever I sent ...him an email or called his office, I had an answer within 10 minutes. I definitely recommend him for whatever legal needs you may have.

I never submit reviews but I feel obligated to recommend Mr. Howie for the great job he did for my family and I.

Normally I don't take the time to fill out surveys or reviews but in this case I feel my recommendation is warranted for the great representation I received from Mr. Howie. I have used several attorneys in my life and finding a good one that will place my interests at the forefront is not a fun or ea...sy task. Fortunately I found one in Mr. Howie who made every effort to ensure my legal needs were expertly handled. I can honestly say I will never look for another lawyer because I have found a gem in a sea of uncertainty and I would recommend him to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I hired him for a case involving false charges. He claimed he was capable of handling a trial but immediately tried to make a nonsense deal with the prosecutor against my express wishes. I fired him as soon as he notified me of this and got a competent lawyer. His email conversation with the prosecut...or was not even in complete sentences. You really don't want this guy.
