I have recommended Mr. Nolen to many people through the years I have known him. I will continue to highly recommend him for Elder Law services. Mr. Nolen helped me with my mother's VA Aid & Attendant Benefit application, her estate planning regarding her will, trust for her assets, etc. .He also assisted me in filing for my husbands VA Aid and Attendant benefit. We are now in the process of settling my mother's estate after her passing in March 2015.

Mr. Nolan has provided excellent advice, suggestions, and expertise first in assisting me with my parents' estate planning and then with my own needs for legal documents. He is accessible and helpful with any question I have asked him regarding both situations. I would recommend his without reservation.

Unfortunately he couldn't represent me but his compassion and advice came across as more compassionate and considered my feelings as more important than money. I have talked to many lawyers and none projected this as well as he did.
Matthew Dunaway, Chapter 7 bankruptcy Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
As a bankruptcy and consumer protection attorney in Alabama, I often have clients who have some sort of elder law, estate planning or probate issue. Whenever that happens I always call Bill; he always knows the answers to my questions.
Jon Lewis, Car accident Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Bill and I have known each other for several years. As an attorney and the owner of a Home Care company, I have been able to see various elder care attorneys in Birmingham and Mobile, and Bill is one of the most conscientious and caring attorneys there is. Bill not only knows how to help families plan for end of life issues, but he can also help with financial issues and many other problems which arise when our parents age. If you are trying to navigate the maze of Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, or long term care insurance or if you just need some estate planning to get affairs in order, Bill would be one of the best attorneys you could hire!
