I was referred to the Nomberg Law Firm more than a year ago by another attorney in Birmingham who did not handle Work Comp Law. I called twice and spoke with a David Nomberg with questions about how my Work related injury was being handled by Work Comp. I was finding it hard to maneuver the waters ...of WC and needed advice. I was not sure I needed legal representation at that time. I merely wanted my medical treatment done correctly. David was very quick to return my calls and spent a lot of time on the phone patiently answering all my questions and explaining the Work Comp rules I was dealing with, even before meeting or taking my case. I waited a few more months before I decided I needed to retain an attorney as Work Comp had become extremely more difficult to deal with. My injury has forever changed and effected our lives, even though it seemed like a minor injury to Work Comp, it will have an everlasting effect on us.
