Great Lawyer

Kreps got my reckless driving ticket down from a 92 in a 55 to a simple speeding of 65 to 55. They also got my driving w/o insurance dismissed. Save me over $500 in possible court fines. And kept me out of jail at a court where they tend to put people in for similar or even lesser offenses. He's an e...xcellent Lawyer and knows what he's doing.

Great work as promised

I am form out of state and I received a traffic ticket on Interstate 20. I was pulled over and was charged with reckless driving. I thought to pay of the ticket as i had no idea about the traffic tickets and was scared of getting my license revoked. I consulted Kreps Law Firm and explained the situa...tion. They suggested me the best possible way is to fight the ticket. I provided the attorney with all the documents required and now i have no ticket on my record. This was charged as explained at the beginning, attorney fee and the court charges of 220$. Which is just beyond my ticket price in total and I have a clean record as a result. I highly recommend to avail the services provided by Kreps.

Speeding 25 MPH plus

Because driving is such an important part of my job, my company has a very strict policy regarding violations. I received a speeding ticket that was 25 MPH plus over the posted speed limit. This violation would have cost me my job had it not been for Joseph Kreps. He was able to get the ticket amen...ded to reflect only 9 MPH over the posted speed limit. Service was fast and strictly business. So happy I found and hired this firm.

Awesome Experience - Definitely Worth The Cost

In June 2016, I received a traffic violation for speeding (65 mph in a 45). Really, for no other reason than just not wishing to have increased insurance rates, or incurring any points on my license, I wanted to at least look for options to have the charge lowered, attend driving school, or otherwis...e. After a ton of research, and reading MANY reviews, I made the decision to reach out to Kreps Law Firm. From the very beginning, I was not disappointed. Kreps was very professional and during the consultation, explained everything I needed to do to get the process started. Once they had accepted that case, and I had provided them with all of the necessary files and documentation, they appeared on my behalf for everything requiring my attendance, which was important due to the distance of the court from my home. The Kreps team worked to receive extensions directly with the court and their lawyers, in order to ensure that the right people were involved, keeping me abreast of any situational changes throughout the process. When the court provided options to Kreps, they contacted me immediately to provide the options, leaving any final decisions to me. In the end, Kreps was able to come to an agreement with the courts to reduce my speeding violation to a non-moving violation. Once the case was completed, the cost for the ticket had not changed, but the court had reduced the charge and it no longer would negatively affect my license points or insurance, which were both of my primary goals. In addition, Kreps saved me several trips to a courtroom that would have easily taken me away from work for 4-5 hours for each of the court dates that occurred...no one wants to waste vacation time for something like this. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. I not only recommend Kreps Law Firm to anyone looking for assistance with any sort of traffic violation, if it ever so happens that I have this situation, again...Kreps will be my first call. Consummate professionals, having all of the right relationships within the court systems, Kreps Law Firm know how to get the best outcome for their clients.

Excellent Service and Customer Focus

I was charged recently with a failure to stop after striking a vehicle in a parking lot and immediately contacted Kreps to review my case. The attorney assigned as well as the support staff were all courteous and professional as they went about conducting their fact-finding. The office communicated... clearly and often where the case was, as well as all related costs and fees, so there was never any hidden charge or surprise. As the initial court date approached, the team briefed me on what to expect and was right there in the courtroom for the hearing. Every option and offer to resolve was explained in such a manner as to make it clear to me what the offers meant. In the end, through the attorney's diligent efforts, my case was dropped in its entirety and no charges were filed against me. I firmly believe that this outcome was only possible due to the hard work and personal commitment the team at Kreps exhibited as they worked my specific case. Though I hope to never have to utilize their services again for any traffic infraction, if there is a need, Kreps will be the only attorney's office I reach out to.
