He got my Attempting to elude, wrecklace driving, and failure to maintain lane charges dropped to only improper turn with a fine! Their communication was excellet! They have an awesome team of attorneys!

Out of State, Backroad Speeding Ticket

I was out of state traveling a backroad and received a speeding ticket. The charge was ultimately dismissed upon paying court costs and providing the last 3 years of my driving history. I ended up searching for and providing more documentation than I have with other attorneys, but I suppose it's the ...preferred process for this firm.

UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS!

I received a reckless driving ticket from an Alabama State Trooper for excessive speeding, late for my new job which requires "a clean driving record". Desperate, I searched the internet and read some positive reviews about Kreps. Caroline Pruitt was the attorney Kreps assigned to my case, and she ...was extremely professional and confident, despite my being highly stressed. She instructed me on everything to do for my part to prepare for the case. Unbelievably, Caroline was able to have my case dismissed, and I am floored to say the least. She went so far above and beyond my expectations, I cannot thank her enough, and advise anyone in this situation to have Kreps and Caroline on your side.

Very very impressed

I was charged with Reckless Driving (40 MPH over) and illegal window tint. I called several lawyers and I was told twice that it was a tough judge and county and that it would be an expensive and timely process. I found Kreps Law Firm online and saw all of the great reviews and after an initial consu...ltation knew that I needed to hire Kreps. The intake and consultation were great and I was given a few proactive steps (defensive driving class, community service and tint removal) to complete prior to the court date. During the process they were very responsive to my questions and called to check in with me. I did the driving class and a few hours (5) of community service. I didn't have any recent tickets and I expected to get the charge reduced from reckless driving to a large speeding ticket, perhaps 25 mph over. The actual results was my 40 mph over got reduced to 5 mph over and the tint ticket was dropped...I thought I had heard wrong, couldn't believe that it ended up as 5 over. I would recommend Kreps even if it had cost 2x as much, as it is they are a great value and the results exceeded my expectations...all without me having to show up in court.

Floridian speeding through Alabama

We frequently travel through Alabama in route to UAB for medical attention. For some reason our GPS sent us down an unfamiliar direction. It was a classic speed trap and the officer was not very talkative and definitively not interested in hearing any of what I had to say. In fact, I had to ask HIM w...hy he pulled me over. He was not understanding that I had been driving all day, it was late at night, in unfamiliar territory, AND I thought that I was actually going the speed limit. All he said during the whole conversation was, "License and Registration". I had to turn around to go back and search for the speed limit sign and I still had a hard time finding it even while diligently looking for it. Well, Alabama takes speeding very seriously and actually criminally charges you with a misdemeanor, so unless you hire a lawyer, you must have a court appearance!! It's really more than a little ridiculous. Most states just allow you to send in the fine. Enter - Joseph C Kreps! He was exceptionally professional! His team is very through and made it easy for me to handle this unfortunate situation from out of state. I would highly recommend his team for any legal situation you may find yourself in. 5 Stars!!
