Ticket defense

I was represented by an attorney within the firm in regards to a speeding ticket. I am a commercial driver and no longer have the option of school to remove points. I contacted the firm and immediately was contacted back in regards to representation, we discussed the options I had and how we could ...fight to get the violation amended resulting in no points. The outcome was as stated, and as a client, an out of state client at that, I could not be happier with the services rendered. I would recommend Kreps to any commercial license holder, and most especially Caroline within the firm. My livelihood was being scrutinized, and the firm stepped up for me.

Mr.

I was cited for reckless driving. My lawyer told me to take a defensive driving course and do community service which I did he got the ticket dismissed with court cost only.

Trussville traffic ticket

Very professional. Answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. Easy to contact thru email or text. Got my "blue light" ticket dismissed and I only had to pay court costs. I will use them if I ever get another traffic ticket, for sure!

I contacted Kreps a few years ago, the last time I got a ticket for speeding. Since that time, they have updated their website and client-tracking system, making it less dependent on a single individual, and thus the process is even easier than before. I hired Mr. Kreps to represent me without my hav...ing to appear in court. My case was agreed to dismiss without charges, if I would attend a live 8-hour defensive driving school, which I did. They even got me a continuance when I was unable to make the earliest available DDS classes due to health issues. Everything was resolved to my great satisfaction!
