Tricky CDL

I had got a speeding ticket for 12 mph over the limit. I had to wait to get ot resolved but the got my case dropped completely. The are a very text savy firm. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Speeding ticket

Received a speeding ticket near Birmingham. Kreps Law Firm represented me and did a great job. I attended our local 4 hour defensive driving course, paid court costs and the charge was dismissed.

Traffic Ticket - Speeding

I was traveling through Alabama and received a speeding ticket. I researched several attorneys on the internet to assist me with my ticket as I lived out of state. I came across Joseph Kreps. His office handled everything for me and got my charge dismissed. I highly recommend them. Everything wa...s handled with ease as I could do everything online. I definitely recommend his office.

Reckless Driving

I was given a Reckless Ticket for doing 86 in a 70. The officer also indicated that he did not like the move I made going around a driver in the left lane at this speed, in heavy traffic. I hired this law firm, and I was very pleased with their support. I completed a 8 hour Live defensive driving ...course and did some other preparatory work. Case Dismissed . I have now changed my driving habits, and am much more patient and less aggressive on the road. Lesson learned.

Speeding Ticket Client

I was told I was going 65 in a 45 when I know I physically could not have been and my insurance is already sky high due to the fact that I kind of suck at driving. I am sooo lucky I had Kreps on my case because now I won't get my family kicked off our insurance! The only thing I have to do is take a ...4 hour driving course which I clearly need so I am grateful they helped me get connected to a program. Cannot say enough good things about Kreps, very informative throughout the process and I had full confidence the whole time that everything would be alright! Easily accessible, prompt, and helpful. Thank you soooo much!
