One minor niggle did not hamper a fantastic experiance.

Before I go in depth, I have one minor piece of criticism. This firm prefers a text based approach to communication for their clients. While I am sure it alleviates a tremendous burden on the individual attorneys, there were several times through my case where they felt distant and uncaring due to th...e text preferred method. However, the attorney I received, Ms. Pruitt (spelling), was exceedingly kind and open about what she felt was best and immensely thorough in what my options were. She made sure I was informed every step of the way and took nothing for granted regarding my understanding. I eventually plead guilty, but to a deal that court staff themselves were even impressed by. She made it very clear that we could fight further, but was very forthcoming untie benefits of the deal she negotiated. I was told multiple times throughout the court appearance in which I plead guilty that the deal I had was incredible, which it was given Alabama's DUI laws. I would wholeheartedly recommend this talented team of lawyers if for no other reason than when I was exiting the courtroom, two separate staff who had no obligation to do so, singled out that this team, and Ms. Pruitt in particular, ALWAYS fought hard to give there clients the best deal possible.

He was great.I contacted them and was instructed on what i needed to do for them to move with my case.Thier response time for responding to questions is excellent.He got me out of jail time for driving on revoked license. I was very pleased with his services.

Speeding ticket

Received a ticket May 22 on my birthday, Coming home from eating out with my sister, stop for driving 75 in 55, I was going to just pay the ticket, but didn’t agree with the officer on the speed, the speed limit had just increase from 55 to 65 when he stop me, did some research and found Kreps law f...irm, had great review, so I contacted him, happy I did because the attorney representing my case was very friendly and professional, she got the ticket dismissed with agreed attending defensive driving school and Paying court cost. Hopefully I will not get stop again for speeding however if I do I will definitely contact Kreps

Fantastic Attorney

I had a ticket for Reckless Driving. Apparently I was going 103 on a 80 mph. I was so scared because I didn’t want it on my record and being a student as we would have been detrimental to my success. I hired J. Kreps after seeing the good reviews online and I needed the best representation in Alabama.... They did a fantastic job leading me throughout the course of the court. I didn’t have to show up in course which was amazing. They got my case dismissed. I would highly recommend this law firm. They did a tremendous job.
