Joseph Kreps came highly recommended to me through a good friend of mine, and I would absolutely recommend Joseph Kreps as highly as possible to anyone and everyone else. If you need a thorough and dedicated attorney that will work with you, treat you and your case with care and the attention to ...detail it deserves.... then you must call Kreps Law Firm!!! Upon calling Kreps Law Firm, I was immediately treated with patience and kindness. Joseph Kreps and his team began by listening to and gathering information regarding my DUI charges and the surrounding circumstances. I was in constant communication with the team at Kreps Law Firm, and with their kind guidance, I was put at ease through a very stressful situation. I did everything asked of me in a timely manner and everyone there was excellent at replying to any questions or concerns I had at any given time... via email, text and/or phone. They really held my hand every step of the way. Joseph Kreps and his team guided me through making amends for my mistake, and diligently worked on my behalf to show my dedication to resolve my circumstances. Ok, so I got my first speeding ticket and was just going to pay the fine and move on... I was recommended by a co-worker to give Kreps law firm a call and man did it pay off. As a result, the ticket was dismissed, no points on my DL, all with no hassle!!!!

Kreps Law Firm is the way to go!

I am a commercial truck driver and I got charged with leaving the scene of an accident. From the moment I first spoke with Mr. Kreps, I knew I called the right lawyer. You can tell in his voice how much he cares about his clients and everything that was done throughout my case proved that. The case... went on for well over a year and there is no telling how many times he had to go to court for me. Because there were multiple changes with the DA on my case and many appearances, my case ended up set for a trial. Mr. Kreps explained to me all of the issues surrounding my case and when we got to court that day it was very clear he knew everyone in the courtroom and knew exactly what to do. In fact, he cares so much that there were 2 lawyers from his firm there that day - Mr. Kreps and Caroline Pruitt. Mr. Kreps is a fighter and he ended up having to go toe to toe with the officer in court and ultimately proved my innocence and the judge found me not guilty!! If you want someone who cares about their clients as much as Mr. Kreps does then you should hire him. After court we walked outside the courtroom before Mr. Kreps went back in to handle other cases, he shook my hand and gave me a big hug and told me what a pleasure it was to help me. You just don't find guys like that in this world anymore. He is very smart, methodical and strategic so if you want someone on your side who is going to fight for you until the very end then he is your guy.

Thank you! Easy to work with and damn good at what he does

To be honest, I was unsure if I could trust Kreps reviews as they seemed too good to be true because I only saw positive reviews. After the last month of working with him and his team all I can say is I am so happy and grateful to Kreps. They are amazing!! I had 2 charges, one for speeding and anothe...r for reckless driving. Within a month Kreps had both charges dismissed and I only had to do 4 hours online driving school (which I recommend to folks now as its very useful to be a safer driver) and pay court fees. This experience was a real wake up call on how serious traffic violations are in Alabama. Kreps guided me through the entire process, represented me in court and told me what I needed to do to get the charges dismissed. I didn't even need to show up in court. This is the easiest legal process I have ever dealt with. If your looking for an attorney to represent you for driving charges, I highly recommend Kreps. They will fight for you and get you the best possible outcome. Thanks Again!

Dissmissed High-way Speeding Ticket

That was my first time to hire a lawyer and also the first time to get a speeding ticket in Tuscaloosa county, AL. I am glad I was lucky enough to find this lawyer on my online browsing while looking on how to deal with my case as I was not in a state to go myself to the court due to the fact I am no...t living in the same state and the conflict with my duties. I chose Kreps firm based on its high rating and great reviews and I am very happy I did since all that was absolutely correct.
