Phenomenal

I got charged with driving 101 in a 70 while driving through Alabama after a vacation. I contacted this firm and from the beginning they were very friendly and beyond helpful. Mr. Kreps went to court for me and got my ticket fully dismissed. I was beside myself I was so happy, this firm takes custome...r service to a new level.

Reckless Driving Reduced

Mr. Kreps and his team were exceptional. My case was rather uncertain, but Mr. Kreps never wavered. My reckless driving was reduced to a much lower offense saving both my driving history, me from potential jail time, and a great deal of money. I am more than satisfied with his work. I would highly ...recommend them to anyone with a traffic related case in Alabama.

Out of control

I had the unfortunate run in with a trooper coming from the airport. My charges were reckless driving, wow. Very upset & disappointed. I was giving the run around by the court and possible time spent behind bars. When I called kreps law firm I didn't know what to expect very scared and annoyed. They ...explained and reassured me all will be well and yes it was. One should say It was magnificent my charges were dismissed and I am pleased in more ways that I can imagine. I thank you guys so much for working so diligently and coming through for me. Now I can breathe and relax. You guys are absolutely the best and I would recommend you to anyone and everyone. Kreps law firm is one that will definitely stay in my Rolodex. Thank you guys again it was a gratifying ride!

Texting while driving ticket

Joseph Kreps is a great lawyer. I received a texting while driving ticket in Alabama. I called Kreps law firm and spoke with a lawyer that worked there about my case. She was very helpful. Then I received a call from Joseph Kreps himself. He was very nice and concerned about my case. He reassured me ...that we would win this case and instructed me to take an 8 hr defensive driving class. He told me exactly how to get signed up for one. He answered all my questions and within a week or so I received an email saying we had won the case. No longer will this ticket be on my record! Thank you Kreps law firm for making this easy for me. And for representing me well.

This DUI Lawyer Kept My Future Bright!

I was involved in a 1 car accident and flipped my car and totaled it. I knew I needed a lawyer that would fight for me every step of the way. Once I spoke to Kreps, I knew I wanted to hire him if I could afford it. He was very willing to work with me on a payment plan. Mr. Kreps explained all of ...my options to me at every step of the way and in the end the only offer from the district attorney was to plead guilty or have a trial. Mr. Kreps is a fighter and is not afraid to take cases to trial even with bad facts such as mine - an accident and a breath test result over the legal limit. Mr. Kreps tried my case and obtained a NOT GUILTY VERDICT! I am very pleased with him and with all of the staff at Kreps Law Firm. This DUI Lawyer fought for me and kept my future bright! I will never put myself in this position again! Thank you Mr. Kreps and all of the people at Kreps Law Firm!
