Thanks Kreps!

I live in Tampa FL and received a Speeding citation in Alabama while visiting my daughter at school. I was unaware of the multiple changes in speed limits on the rural road I was traveling. I was concerned that I would just have to pay the fine since I would be unable to attend on the court date. ...I found Kreps on line and gave them a call. No hassle land for a reasonable rate Kreps took care of everything. Now my record is still clean and I do not have to worry about my insurance going up. Thanks Kreps!

Speeding ticket

First Speeding Ticket Dismissed!

We are so thrilled with the outcome of our case handled expertly by Mr. Kreps! On Memorial Day of this year, our 17-year old made his first trek to the beach from Atlanta to Destin. He was caught in a speed trap and faced a SuperSpeeder ticket that would have suspended his license. The advice ...and counsel provided by Mr. Kreps including proactively taking defensive driving classes, doing 50 hours of community service, visiting and writing reports on accidents at a wrecking yard and planning out his funeral all made sense to teach him a lesson and show his level of contrition. Obviously Mr. Kreps knew what he was doing since the ticket was dismissed in full. I would 100% recommend you hire he and his firm. Great counsel, great communication, great results.

Old speeding ticket from out of state

My lawyer managed to help me resolve a speeding ticket from five years ago when I was driving through Alabama. I was in the middle of moving and all my papers got shoved in random boxes by the movers when they couldn’t move my filing cabinets. My lawyer went to bat for me and got the judge to drop th...e charge after my lawyer had me do a four hour defensive driving course one weekend. This prevented me from having a criminal record and kept my insurance company from increasing my premiums.

Stop sign violation

Attorney fixed problem and I did not have to go to court. Reduced ticket to improper lights.
