Kreps red light client

The Kreps law firm did a great job of representing me as I had a ticket for running a red light. They suggested I attend a defensive driving class which I did. This along with their lawyer got my charges dropped and I only had to pay court costs. This was an excellent result as it did not negatively ...affect my driving record.

Reckless Driving Client

I was charged with 109 in a 70 mph Interstate zone. I learned after doing some research that "if convicted of reckless driving for the first time, an individual will be sentenced to a minimum of five days in jail, and a maximum of 90 days, and/or a fine between $25 and $500." lose my license and poss...ibly do jail time if convicted." Needless to say, I knew I needed help. After hiring Kreps, they quickly told me to complete three homework assignments. During those projects, I did a lot of reflecting about the dilemma I was in. Interestingly, my case was "continued" at least four times for various reasons. This was very frustrating to me. But, I would always receive a prompt communication from Kreps telling me that they were managing my case in the most effective way. Finally, after 11 months, my charge was reduced to 92 in a 70 with a $100 fine (plus court costs) and only two points on my license. Thank you Kreps for your tremendous help.

Dismissed

Mr. Kreps got my speeding ticket dismissed. One call saved me a bunch on insurance. Nobody plans to get tickets but you can be smart about how you deal with it. He was friendly and I had zero issues with how my case was handled. Thanks Mr. Kreps!
