Dismissed

I got a ticket in Alabama and I live in NC. I was going to just pay the fine but was told I needed to check with NC to make sure they wouldn’t suspend my NC license if I plead guilty in another state. Decided to hire Krep’s after calling 5 other attorneys and being told that they don’t do municipal c...ourt. This was on a Thursday. I ordered my NC driving record at their request. I tried all weekend to get all papers filled out and back to them. I called on Monday to tell them I was having nc trouble with some and they told me they didn’t need them they already had the case dismissed. I have to take an online driving class on Alabama traffic law, which I think is stupid since I was just passing through, but I did it and called the city to make sure everything was finished. They said they had my certificate and the ticket was dismissed.

Highly recommend

I was issued a ticket for reckless driving, and after doing research I found out it is considered a criminal misdemeanor offense in Alabama. I was extremely worried and began searching for a lawyer with experience in this type of issue. I came across Kreps Law firm and noticed an overwhelmingly posit...ive review. I bit the bullet and scheduled an appointment for consultation. They called me promptly at my appointment time and discussed what they could do for me. After our consultation, I decided to hire them for my case. Almost everything was able to be handled by text/e-mail. They were extremely easy to reach by text and responded quickly. Prior to my court date, they gave me recommendations on what to do and I followed through exactly as advised. I had the opportunity of to speak personally to one of the attorneys, Caroline, and she eased my worries. One of the best parts of hiring Kreps Law Firm is that I did not have to appear in person for my court date. They were able to appear on my behalf. I’m happy to say that my case was dismissed and a HUGE weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I’m so happy I chose to have Kreps Law Firm represent me and I would highly recommend them to others.

Reckless driving, two failures to stop

I was charged with reckless driving and two failures to stop at stop signs. With the help of Kreps Law Firm, all charges were dropped following preemptive 8 hours driving school and 40 hours community service.
