I was charged with reckless driving for doing 100mph in a 65 zone. In looking at the website, it appeared Kreps was to good to be true, but I am so grateful I choose them. I am a little old school so i had to get use to the way the practice worked, but Kreps informed me every step of the way. I di...d what the Kreps firm asked me to do, and when my case came to court I did not even have to appear. Kreps took care of everything and most importantly got my case dismissed with a small fine. These guys are for real. Kreps me from having a conviction on my record, increase in insurance cost, and potentially days in jail. i would not only highly recommend them, but say there should be no other choice when it comes to this law firm. They did everything they said in the consultation, followed my case through, and won my case. I am extremely thankful and happy with Kreps Law Firm

SPEEDING TICKET DISMISSED, STRESS FREE

I am a very impressed and pleased to be a "Kreps Law Firm client” and I would like to thank them for their professional work ethics provided for me and also keeping me informed on the status on my case situation. I had received a ticket for “SPEEDING” and I didn’t have the time or means to deal wit...h the case in person. College age sons ticket

Excellent Service and Customer Focus

I was charged recently with a failure to stop after striking a vehicle in a parking lot and immediately contacted Kreps to review my case. The attorney assigned as well as the support staff were all courteous and professional as they went about conducting their fact-finding. The office communicated... clearly and often where the case was, as well as all related costs and fees, so there was never any hidden charge or surprise. As the initial court date approached, the team briefed me on what to expect and was right there in the courtroom for the hearing. Every option and offer to resolve was explained in such a manner as to make it clear to me what the offers meant. In the end, through the attorney's diligent efforts, my case was dropped in its entirety and no charges were filed against me. I firmly believe that this outcome was only possible due to the hard work and personal commitment the team at Kreps exhibited as they worked my specific case. Though I hope to never have to utilize their services again for any traffic infraction, if there is a need, Kreps will be the only attorney's office I reach out to.

Great Job!

I recieved a speeding ticket while driving through Alabama. I found the Kreps Law Firm on line and contacted them for assistance. They were very helpful and provided excellent guidance. They were able to get the ticket dismissed for court costs and attending a defensive driving course. They handled i...t all and I did not need to appear in court. I recommend them highly.
