A very great traffic violation lawyer

Speeding ticket

While traveling through Alabama I got off interstate and went through a small town. I should’ve known better. I got a ticket and called Kreps to keep it off my license since Alabama treats it different than Georgia. They took care of everything at a price lower than I expected.

Excelsior Traffic Violation Handling

I was cited for a moving violation in November 2022 while visiting Birmingham, AL for a funeral. I was not from the area, and late in the evening was inadvertently speeding on Montgomery Hwy. After being pulled over and briefly harassed by the attending officer, I was very worried about the effects t...he citation would have on my insurance. A while passed and I recognised I was neither going to be able to drive all the way down for my court date nor did I think it right to pay the district for an infraction that was really worth a warning at worst and in addition take a long term hit to my insurance. So I called Kreps! After discussing my case with a paralegal within a couple hours of reaching out to them, they took my case, got a continuation, and after an additional continuation (and some malfeasance by the court, who sent me a Failure to Appear to try and strongarm me despite their filed continuation), they were able to take my infraction down to the absolute minimum penalty and see it wiped from my record. I will forever be grateful to Kreps and the firm for their assistance, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with a traffic case in Alabama! They are worth every cent, attentive, keep their client up to date, and fight tooth and nail to help their client as best they can.

Charges dismissed!

I hired kreps to take care of a traffic ticket for me. Was hoping for the charges to be reduced....they got them completely dismissed. Their team did an outstanding job.
