30 plus year old tickets

I called Kreps Law Firm asking for help with getting my license back. It has been almost 40 years since my license been revoked and in less than 4 months Kreps Law had all my cases cleared. Out of 6 tickets 5 were dismissed. Living out of state it was a blessing that I never had to go to court. They... kept me well informed with all proceedings in my cases. Very professional and Awesome results. Even after my cases were closed, I had some questions and his staff was very prompt with their answer. Alabama Speeding Ticket

I am an out of state resident and was concerned about a speeding ticket I got in Alabama. I looked up online if there was a driving class I can take to avoid getting points on my license. When I didn't find anything, I searched for law firms that could represent me in court and I came across reviews ...of Kreps Law Firm. The experience was as good as other clients posted online. I had to provide my driving record, which to my surprise it was something I had to pay my home county for, and I filled out the applications the law firm sent me. There was a considerate amount of paperwork to fill out and I felt like some of the information was redundant, but it was all worthwhile in the end. The law firm was able to get my charges dismissed before my court date with the condition that I pay court fees and take an online driving assessment online. Peggy was very responsive and patient, promptly answered any questions I had, and updated me as soon as my case was resolved I am very happy with the outcome of the case and would recommend Kreps Law Firm to anyone with a speeding ticket.

Speeding Ticket

In early March my 17yo son received a speeding ticket. It was 26 mph over the limit. We looked at the solid reviews for Mr. Kreps and decided to contact him. He was reassuring and clear on the information he needed and the possible outcomes. He was easy to talk to and straight forward on the appro...ach. After we forwarded everything he needed, he was able to get the ticket dismissed with a fee and Defensive Driving course. We would recommend him without reservation.

An absolute gem of an attorney!

Mr. Krepps took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my case down to every last detail. Ms. Peggy was also extremely communicative and helpful. She had no issue keeping me updated via text. (My preferred method) They both worked to resolve my issue in a timely and satisfactory man...ner. The rate was also very reasonable. I wish it were possible to give ten stars. They are truly the ones to hire especially for traffic court!

One minor niggle did not hamper a fantastic experiance.

Before I go in depth, I have one minor piece of criticism. This firm prefers a text based approach to communication for their clients. While I am sure it alleviates a tremendous burden on the individual attorneys, there were several times through my case where they felt distant and uncaring due to th...e text preferred method. However, the attorney I received, Ms. Pruitt (spelling), was exceedingly kind and open about what she felt was best and immensely thorough in what my options were. She made sure I was informed every step of the way and took nothing for granted regarding my understanding. I eventually plead guilty, but to a deal that court staff themselves were even impressed by. She made it very clear that we could fight further, but was very forthcoming untie benefits of the deal she negotiated. I was told multiple times throughout the court appearance in which I plead guilty that the deal I had was incredible, which it was given Alabama's DUI laws. I would wholeheartedly recommend this talented team of lawyers if for no other reason than when I was exiting the courtroom, two separate staff who had no obligation to do so, singled out that this team, and Ms. Pruitt in particular, ALWAYS fought hard to give there clients the best deal possible.
