Excellent Results

I recently hired Kreps Law Firm, LLC to assist my son with a suspended driver's license case. My son informed me just before the suspension was to become effective that he had gotten three speeding tickets over an 18 month period, two of which were serious "more than 25 MPH over limit" infractions, a...nd had received notification that his license was being suspended for 60 days. With no other way for him to get to work, I was put in the position of having to drive 30+ miles each morning and afternoon to take him back and forth myself. The attorney was successful over a period of about 10 days in 1) getting the last speeding ticket reduced to a lesser offense, thereby reducing the "points" on his license below the suspension threshold, and 2) getting a hearing scheduled with the state - which we ended up not even having to attend - where his suspension was withdrawn. Great communication and updates from them throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Mr. Kreps and his firm for any similar issues. Very satisfied client!

He got my Attempting to elude, wrecklace driving, and failure to maintain lane charges dropped to only improper turn with a fine! Their communication was excellet! They have an awesome team of attorneys!

Out of State, Backroad Speeding Ticket

I was out of state traveling a backroad and received a speeding ticket. The charge was ultimately dismissed upon paying court costs and providing the last 3 years of my driving history. I ended up searching for and providing more documentation than I have with other attorneys, but I suppose it's the ...preferred process for this firm.

Great Lawyer

Kreps got my reckless driving ticket down from a 92 in a 55 to a simple speeding of 65 to 55. They also got my driving w/o insurance dismissed. Save me over $500 in possible court fines. And kept me out of jail at a court where they tend to put people in for similar or even lesser offenses. He's an e...xcellent Lawyer and knows what he's doing.

You want these people on your side!!!!

I had no idea someone had filed charges against me. I received my arrest warrant in the mail and didn't see it till 9:30 at night. I was very upset and scared. I started to look for attorneys on line that night. Kreps Law firm popped up. Wow, someone was online to chat immediately. They answere...d all my questions and calmed me down. First thing next morning I received a call from the intake person. I was terrified to have to turn myself in but Mr. Kreps arranged to have me immediately released after I arrived to the police station. I was only there about 20 minutes. Shortly after that I was assigned to Caroline Pruitt. She was wonderful. It took 10 months to settle my case and ultimately we went to trial. Caroline was with me every step of the way under the close oversight of Mr. Kreps. She was always available to answer any questions or even to just reassure me that things were moving along and that everything would work out even though the system moves slowly. The trial date finally came and into the courtroom walked Joseph Kreps. It was obvious that the court staff knew who he was. He was AMAZING during the trial. He was fierce in my defense. I actually felt sorry for my accuser. Every minute of the ten months and every penny it cost me was so worth it when I was able to hear the judge say "I find the defendant not guilty, no crime has been committed here." Joseph Kreps cares about your situation. He wants to win. He defends you like you are his mother. He is now in the process of having the entire thing expunged from my record. If I ever find myself unfortunate enough to need legal assistance again I will not hesitate to hire this man. Be smart, win with Kreps.
