I just can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the Kreps law firm. They opened my case maybe a year ago and fought so hard for me. My old employer who herself made a huge medication error that I caught tried to retaliate against me and tried to get the board to put me on probabtion for entering... diagnosis codes wrong when I was doing exactly what she taught me to do and had been doing it that way for over a year and she never corrected me or told me I was doing anything wrong. Kreps law firm fought for me when I couldn’t and gave all the proof I had including my old bosses medication error showing it was retaliation to the State Board of Nursing and they proved I was in the right and here was no validity to what my old boss was saying as she was just trying I retaliate against me. Again this firm fought for me when I couldn’t and they succeeded in clearing the false allegations my old boss made against me. I just can’t say enough about Kreps law firm and I encourage anyone who is in a similar position as I was or any situation that involves your professional license to contact them first before answering to the State Biard. It’s your right and nothing says you have to answer to the State Board immediately by yourself. If you ever find yourself getting the dreaded letter from the State Board saying you are being investigated please do not respond by yourself. Say nothing and contact Kreps immediately. They gave me the best advice which was to not talk to the State Board myself and to let them take over and I did just that. I just got a call from the firm telling me the State Board of Nursing has ruled in my favor. I never would’ve been able to fight this battle on my own. Please everyone just contact them and they will help you and they go out of their way. They contacted me every step of the way giving me updates despite how many clients they had. They always made me feel like I was their only client. THANK YOU! Thank you for fighting for me and exposing the truth.

Ticket was Dismissed Rather Painlessly

I was extremely pleased with the result of this case; I received a ticket for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign and they handled everything for me. The process of getting information to them was clear and concise, and they kept me updated throughout the duration of the case - I worrie...d about next to nothing, and someone from the firm answered any and all of my questions in a professional and timely manner. I greatly appreciated their efficiency and familiarity with dealing with these kinds of traffic violations.

Excellent Health Care Licensing Board Attoney

CDL speeding ticket

I received a ticket for speeding in my truck in an area i was not familiar with i was from out of state and i depend on my licence as my way of life, therefore i hired Kreps law firm to handle my case there excellent case record and honest answers to me reassured me this was the best firm to hire.
