Kreps Law Firm is the way to go!

I am a commercial truck driver and I got charged with leaving the scene of an accident. From the moment I first spoke with Mr. Kreps, I knew I called the right lawyer. You can tell in his voice how much he cares about his clients and everything that was done throughout my case proved that. The case... went on for well over a year and there is no telling how many times he had to go to court for me. Because there were multiple changes with the DA on my case and many appearances, my case ended up set for a trial. Mr. Kreps explained to me all of the issues surrounding my case and when we got to court that day it was very clear he knew everyone in the courtroom and knew exactly what to do. In fact, he cares so much that there were 2 lawyers from his firm there that day - Mr. Kreps and Caroline Pruitt. Mr. Kreps is a fighter and he ended up having to go toe to toe with the officer in court and ultimately proved my innocence and the judge found me not guilty!! If you want someone who cares about their clients as much as Mr. Kreps does then you should hire him. After court we walked outside the courtroom before Mr. Kreps went back in to handle other cases, he shook my hand and gave me a big hug and told me what a pleasure it was to help me. You just don't find guys like that in this world anymore. He is very smart, methodical and strategic so if you want someone on your side who is going to fight for you until the very end then he is your guy.

Professionally excellent

Received speeding ticket 72 vs 55mph in a speed trap. Found Kreps Law firm is excellent in dealing and after talking to them got to know the laws in Alabama for speeding is a criminal charge. The laws and procedures we're explained professionally. I had the confidence and trust. Finally kreps fought ...well in dismissing the ticket and great relief from criminal records and insurance hikes. I highly recommend them.

Great practice

I was charged with 93 in a 65 while traveling to an outpatient surgical procedure. Mr. Kreps got the charges dropped. I retained his services about 5 years prior for another charge that related to speeding in a construction zone (there were no posted speed limit signs at the exit I got on) and a move... over charge (a state trooper without his lights on, doing nothing). I was going 70, the posted regular speed limit and no reason to slow to even 55 in accordance with the move over law based on the status of the trooper's vehicle. I had committed no crime. The trooper literally screamed in my face from the first second I rolled the window down. Mr. Kreps got all the charges dropped. His office is very well organized and they treat clients with great professionalism. Highly recommend if you are charged with any driving offense.

Hired Krepps to handle my speeding ticket that I was contesting and from start to finish they stayed in contact and scheduled multiple phone interviews and thoroughly instructed me on my role and what to do and Not to do and advised me on my options and never suggested one way or the other on my deci...sions. My lawyer stayed the course through the end and my case was dismissed and I would highly recommend using them if needed and myself in future if need be

Speeding ticket

I am very glad that I researched and hired the Kreps Law Firm. I received a speeding ticket going 98 in a 70 .I was worried about my driving record and the effects that it could or would have on my insurance. I scoured the internet for ticket traffic lawyers, and after reading such high reviews for K...reps Law Firm, I decided to give them a call. From the first call to the email explaining the negotiations regarding the dismissal (online driving school and court costs), everything was very streamlined and efficient. It was very nice not having to take off work to go to court. Thanks again! And I would highly recommend!
