Hiring Mr. Kreps was the best decision I have ever made!

I hired Krep's Law Firm to help me clear up multiple tickets and help me get my license reinstated after 8 years. They were extremely helpful and kept me informed of everything throughout the entire process. They were able to get several of my tickets/cases thrown out and the others taken down to low...er charges. I was able to pay my fines and walk out of the court with the paperwork to get my license back! I have since recommended them to several friends/colleagues and will continue to do so!

sons speeding tickets almost put him in jail

Don't know what we would have done. our son got 3 speeding tickets within a 12 month period. now in Alabama you can do jail time for this. starting at 3 months in lock up. not were i wanted to see my 19 year old. he was working full time and going to college full time. as you can tell he was not a t...rouble maker just always trying to get to school and work on time. thank goodness Mr. Kreps was able to talk to the judge and keep him out of jail. he sure didn't need that on his young record. thank you again.

I couldn't of hoped for a better laywer!

I've had a dozen DUI's in my past, and this is the first Law firm that didn't just take my money and do the plea bargin thing! I also live out of Alabama state and did not have to apear in court until It was finalized and I got a deferred sentence, kept my drivers license and probably my job as well... as my wife. They have a pro active strategy that will work if you follow it through. It's cost me alot of money, but the after affects of a conviction, no license, jail time ,SR22, high risk car insurance, all would have been worse. They do have a christian caring attitude and It has contributed some for my determination to remain sober now for many months! Again THE BEST attorney I have had for my DUI case THANKS To Kreps Law Firm!

This firm does NOT handle 100% DUI cases!

I used this firm about three years ago for a speeding ticket that was unwarranted in Alabama by a state trooper. I had been following another driver and when they began going 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, I stopped speeding behind them and set my cruise control as to not speed excessively. ...Because that vehicle was going faster than I was, they were continually gaining more and more distance between us. Well, a state trooper then came from behind me and passed me to pull them over. I remember giggling and thinking that other driver was getting what they deserve, because they were just driving too fast! A short time later, as I was passing the both of them on the side of the road, the officer also flagged me down to stop and GAVE ME A TICKET too! He put in his report that both of us were going the same speed, but he actually was only able to clock one of us, and just used that same speed to say both of us were speeding at that rate. This was NOT TRUE and a blatant abuse of power. So, I sought help from Kreps Law Firm, who fought for me and won. Thank you so much Mr. Kreps!

Excellent representation by Joseph C Kreps

I was traveling thru Alabama and received a speeding ticket around 6am on a weekend in a small town where the speed limit went from 55 down to 35 with absolutely no warning in the dark around a curve. I hit the brakes immediately but there was a police officer waiting right there. It was certainly so...me kind of speed trap. Since I lived out of state, I did not have a reasonable way to fight this ticket. I contacted multiple firms to represent me and ended up choosing Kreps. I dealt with them entirely over the phone, never needing to travel to Alabama which is about 600 miles from my home. They handled my entire case without me ever having to be present. Since I have never had any prior problems in Alabama, I was allowed to simply pay a fine and take an online driver safety class. This prevented me from receiving any points on my license in Alabama or my home state. I was very pleased with the service, the professionalism of the staff, their knowledge of the law and the outcome of my case. I confidently recommend this firm based on all phases of the experience I had during my case.
