My wonderful experience with Kreps Law Firm while facing criminal charges of (UPOM 2nd)

I was facing a charge of UPOM 2nd degree (under possession of marijuana in the 2nd degree). I thought it was the absolute end of me. I had no prior criminal issues but was facing possible jail time, although not driving or having any idea marijuana was in the vehicle, also faced loss of my license ...for 6 months, ect. Being a stay at home mom, I was also in a position where $ was extremely tight. I went to Kreps Law Firm's page and read reviews and felt this firm was whom I needed to contact. After doing so, my anxiety lessened by 100 %. Each and every person I spoke with whether through a telephone conversation or e-mail, treated me like a friend. In the beginning, sometimes listening to me cry and assuring me that they were going to help me and to just breathe. I never had to wait days or even hours for a returned call or e-mail. Most of the time it was within 30 minutes. I felt such embarrassment over my situation which quickly vanished as their team worked together to work with me through everything including allowing me to make payments each week. That in itself took so much pressure off. I was treated with an unexplainable amount of respect and kindness. When my court date arrived I felt as calm as someone possibly could in this situation. I could NEVER find the words that would fit the amount of gratitude I feel towards Joseph Kreps for not just giving me one or two options to work with, but a handful. I could not figure out what to do on my own because I was so upset. So, he went back and forth several times speaking with the judge and everyone else involved until he got AMAZING results for me. Now, I will attend 2 educational Saturdays through the Deferred Prosecution Program, and pay a fine plus court costs and be able to get back to what I love most, being a stay at home mom. The best part of it all is, I will not lose my license, get jail time, and will NOT have a criminal record at all. I will always speak highly of all of his team for each and everyone of them were absolutely wonderful. Thank you Mr. Kreps for your continued trips talking to everyone in the court until the best result was reached. I can't just say THANK YOU because that is not good enough. God Bless each and every one of you for your kindness, hard work, and treating me like you would like to be treated.

Reckless Driving - 100MPH in a 55MPH zone, DISMISSED!

I'm a Florida resident and was traveling through Alabama to get back home from Illinois and was caught speeding. Thanks to Mr. Kreps, the charges were dismissed! This guy is the man! Thank you again for everything, and it was definitely worth every minute that Mr. Kreps provided me!

Excellent lawyer for dismissing a speeding ticket

I never had a ticket in my life before until this year. I was given a speeding ticket and accused of going 25 over the limit. There was a hidden speed trap setup early in the morning far away from the 35 speed limit sign. I had just gotten off work and was going to class. Later on, I asked for a cont...inuance to save up money, but the court secretary told me to wait until the month of the trial date to ask for the continuance. When it became time to ask for it, she refused to give it to me. I looked for a good lawyer for dismissing tickets. I immediately called Kreps and they worked fast with me. Kreps got the ticket dismissed, kept my insurance from going up, and my record clean.

Nothing but High Marks

I unfortunately received a DUI because of poor judgement..what could have been a bad outcome for me and my family..turned out much better than I ever dreamed. Joseph sat with me and my husband and explained everything that was about to happen at the hearing, and told me what he would try to do to hel...p my outcome. He took the time to answer each and every question and made sure we understood everything that was about to happen. When the day was over...I received only minor penalties and avoided anything severe. Having worked with other attorneys in the past...I can honestly say Joseph showed more concern about my case and went above and beyond taking care of everything. The other attorneys do not even compare to the professionalism Joseph provided.

Traffic Client

I received a speeding ticket in a small (one horse town) known for speed traps. I was accused for Reckless Driving (20+ over the limit) and I explained to the Officer during the Traffic stop that yes I was speeding however I was not going as fast as he thought or was claiming. My driving record is ...a valuable part of my Professional Career and I could not afford a Reckless Driving mark on my driving record. I hired to Kreps Law Firm to represent me and the attorney was able to get the Judge to reduce the citation to simple speeding. I am very grateful for the assistance that this firm provided. I have no doubt that without representation I would have lost my case. Everyone that I dealt with at the law firm was professional and responsive...I cannot thank them enough. I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future for other legal needs.
