Outstanding Results From an Exceptional Lawyer

I lost track of the speed limit and ended up earning a speeding ticket for doing 86 in a 65 (I honestly thought the speed limit was much higher) and I honestly had no idea what to do other than simply plead guilty and pay the fines; luckily, I did some research and found Joseph Krep's information onl...ine and the rest is history. The consultation was fast and everyone his team was so polite. After hiring Mr. Kreps, his whole team communicated with me via email and text messages and guided me through the whole process. I can't say enough about Mr. Kreps' professionalism and diligence in helping me get my ticket dismissed. Honestly, I hope I never have to hire him again, but I definitely wouldn't hesitate to do so should the need arise. He was incredible.

If you find yourself in need of an INCREDIBLY EXCELLENT, AGGRESSIVE, DEDICATED AND PROFESSIONAL attorney, MR. JOSEPH C. KREPS IS ABSOLUTELY THE RIGHT CHOICE!! I found myself in a very precarious situation with out of state FELONY charges, and multiple misdemeanor charges/ convictions (from out of... state, in-fact). INITIALLY, I didn't do my homework and very regretfully hired an attorney in NW AL. For over a year, the guy took my money, lied, made excuses, and ultimately did not fight for me at all and practically had my licenses surrendered. Fortunately, a friend recommended The Keeps Law Firm. DURING the very first phone call, Peggy, the Paralegal, pulled up my information, advised that I should NOT GIVE UP HOPE, and felt confident that Mr. Kreps could help me get my Alabama RN and APRN licenses renewed. Within a few hours, I was on the phone with Mr. Kreps and going over the specifics of my situation. By the end of the conversation, I knew without a doubt I was hiring the ablsolute best attorney possible. In less than 4 months (would have been less than 2 months if the ABN met monthly) Mr. Kreps successfully fought for me, my licenses, and my livelihood. I am now fully relicenced and able to continue in my nursing profession that I love and that my family and I sacrificed so long and hard to achieve. Mr. Kreps and his staff treat their clients as humans and understand that sometimes unfortunate circumstances arise that do not define who we are and those circumstances should not cost us our careers and livelihoods! Traffic law dismissed

I got my traffic ticket dismissed thanks to Kreps law firm. 74 in a 55 and he got it dismissed very quickly with little to no contact. He did an amazing job and I am so grateful for his service. He is the guy you want for anything involving traffic law or DUI.

Commercial truck driver

I was a commercial truck driver who had gotten a speeding ticket going down hill with a heavy load. I received the ticket in Cleburne co. In the unincorporated Heflin area. I reached out to the Kreps law firm for help and to my surprise they handle my case flawlessly! The charges were reduced and dis...missed.
