Kreps Saved Me

I was charged with DUI with a .19 breath test. I started looking online and reading about the possible high fines, extremely long licence suspension and also the possible jail time I could be facing. I was extremely uneasy and nervous about this. I am also in the military so being able to keep my lic...ence was very important to me and my military supervisor! I found Joseph through a family member. Immediately after contacting him, he gave me the proper advice and explained how he was going to handle my case. Overall after the court case I had no licence suspension at all, 6 months probation and a 800 dollars worth of court fees and fines. This was a dream sentence compared to what could have happened. I am so glad I chose Kreps Law Firm. Without them I am convinced I would be facing a much harsher sentence.

Kreps saved the day!

My driving history was horrible with speeding tickets. Kreps helped me to avoid getting my points to high again. They got me driving school and community service. After losing my license a couple of times years ago. I have finally learned my lesson about slowing down. Kreps really saved the day.

speeding, possesion, and paraphernalia

Joseph C Kreps is an amazing attorney. I am from out of state and was pulled over for speeding, I had marijuana, and a pipe on me. I was facing three charges I did not need that on my record. Mr Kreps recommended to do some community service hours and NA meetings. I did the recomendations he an...d the law firm did the rest. Mr Kreps represented me in court and got all charges dismissed. I just have to attend a few classes with court fines and fees. Wow I was so happy for the out come can't believe it thank you so much to you and your firm you guys are very friendly professional and accurate. I would recommend to have Joseph C Kreps on your side. Thanks again

During a recent, Job related, trip to South West Alabama I was cited for speeding , 86 in a 55 . Yea, 31 over the limit. I knew I would need an Attorney , especially since I travel for a living and Wouldn't be able to make the trip. I then went on line in search of a good attorney. Upon reading ...A couple of reviews of Kreps law firm , I gave them a call and the rest is history. Results were reduced To 59 in a 55 , ya can't get much better than that , under those circumstances.

Kreps Client

Mr. Kreps handled a speeding ticket I received and got the verdict I wanted. I am happy to say that I made the right choice in hiring his firm. This was the first time that I hired a lawyer to handle a minor traffic ticket but I am extremely pleased I did. Thank you
