Experienced, Knowledgeable, Fair and Honest

I was recently cited for speeding in a remote county in Southwest Alabama under very dubious and questionable circumstances. I certainly needed a lawyer to help sort things out for me. I contacted Kreps Law Firm and explained the urgency of the situation to a staffer who was quick to advise that I mu...st talk to Joseph Kreps himself for more direct and candid preliminary legal advice. Joseph Kreps kept my mind at ease, repeatedly assuring me that his Law Firm would do it’s best to assist. The Firm and entire Team were extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They were able to skillfully negotiate for a favorable resolution to my case. It was a pleasant and wonderful experience to have Kreps Law Firm represent me. I found the Firm and Team to be experienced, responsive, knowledgeable, fair and certainly honest. Speeding in Rogersville

I received a speeding ticket for 20 miles over the limit. I was able to send a text to Kreps Law firm and fill out an application from my home, pay the attorney fees from my home. I didn’t need to be present in court and i received the outcome that my attorney said I would.

Board of Pharmacy representation

I am very thankful for Mr. Kreps and Peggy who were extremely helpful and respectful throughout the whole process. I found myself in a bad situation with a DUI and its consequences surrounding my pharmacist license. Thanks to Mr. Kreps I was able to keep my pharmacy license and my job. First Speeding Ticket Dismissed!

We are so thrilled with the outcome of our case handled expertly by Mr. Kreps! On Memorial Day of this year, our 17-year old made his first trek to the beach from Atlanta to Destin. He was caught in a speed trap and faced a SuperSpeeder ticket that would have suspended his license. The advice ...and counsel provided by Mr. Kreps including proactively taking defensive driving classes, doing 50 hours of community service, visiting and writing reports on accidents at a wrecking yard and planning out his funeral all made sense to teach him a lesson and show his level of contrition. Obviously Mr. Kreps knew what he was doing since the ticket was dismissed in full. I would 100% recommend you hire he and his firm. Great counsel, great communication, great results.
