Best Attorney in Alabama! Knowledgeable Staff that Actually Responds & Can Help!

I have never dealt with a law firm quite like Kreps Law Firm. The entire staff is kind and helpful and knows the process very well. I could not believe it when I got another ticket but I am very glad I found Kreps. From start to finish, the process could not have been better and in the end, my cha...rge was dismissed. Kreps and his staff have my highest recommendation! They know their stuff and get things done.

Reckless Driving Reduced

Mr. Kreps and his team were exceptional. My case was rather uncertain, but Mr. Kreps never wavered. My reckless driving was reduced to a much lower offense saving both my driving history, me from potential jail time, and a great deal of money. I am more than satisfied with his work. I would highly ...recommend them to anyone with a traffic related case in Alabama.

Top Attorney!!! Mr Kreps is who you want to represent you

Joseph Kreps had to be the best decision I made to represent me in my case, he is very professional and he will work very hard to get the best possible outcome on your case. Pre-professional applicant/DWS

When I was charged with my DWS I panicked and attempted to gather all the necessary information myself. Researching all of my options by myself and tending to all of the paperwork involved was extremely time consuming. I was referred to Mr. Kreps. For a reasonable fee, he handled all of my paper work..., laid out my options and we went to work. If you want a professional who will make your first priority his own, hire Kreps. He's extremely approachable and understands the needs of his clients. Finally and most importantly, all charges were dismissed. I am a criminal record free man.

Phenomenal DUI Attorney, hands down the BEST!

I made the decision to call Joseph C Kreps when I received my second DUI, a mere 8 weeks after receiving my first one. I was obviously in a very dark place in my life and kept making decisions that seemed to shatter my life at the time. Kreps worked tirelessly using his vast knowledge, connections, a...nd legal skills during my case. He successfully got my second DUI off of my record. I was shocked and truly at a loss of words. To this day I still cannot believe the wonderful outcome he achieved for me. His staff is always on point keeping you informed step by step in your case, and they put you at ease that everything is professionally being handled diligently. Yes, I did have to jump through lots of hoops on my own to get the outcome that I did, but I was willing to do anything. I was grateful for the second chance that Kreps got for me, and I refused to let him and myself down. He and his staff could not have been any nicer or more comforting during this time in my life. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I would refer Kreps to my entire family and anyone that I know if they ever found themselves in a sticky situation because I know from first hand experience that Kreps does not back down until he receives the best possible outcome for his clients. He is a remarkable attorney, and I am forever indebted to him and his team.
