Great Experience with Kreps

Here is as honest and unbiased review as I can give. If you are looking for a small town warm and fuzzy mom and pop lawyer then this is not your firm. But if you are looking for a team that knows their stuff and will do what it takes to help you out then this is the team for you. I got pulled over... for doing 65 in a 45 and a DUI, I thought I was done for. I work a great career and I thought this would tarnish it forever. I talked to the Kreps team and gave them all the information I could. They gave me some stuff to work on and said they would take the case. By the way they were great with payment options, which really helped. Mr. Kreps called me once and left a voicemail, besides that I only spoke with the rest of their team by email and phone a couple times to make sure I was doing my stuff. It was kind of hard to get in contact with them so I was a little nervous going into my court date. The day of court Mr. Kreps walked me through what he thought would happen, and was pretty much dead on. He used some various techniques and then I think on our 3rd court date, he talked to the Judge, then came back and said, Ok you have a $900 dollar fine and you have to do a 10 week course once a week. I said "OK, and then community service or anything?" He said nope, that was it, after that they would dismiss the case. I was very relieved and excited and just overall could not believe it. He is a great guy to talk to and when it comes to the laws this boy knows what he is talking about. I was very happy with how he handled my case and would recommend him to anyone. I hope your never in a situation to hire him, but if you need a lawyer you are in good hands with Joseph Kreps. Thank you guys.

Turned a bad situation around for me!

I found myself with two speeding tickets and being from out of state I had to find someone to help me out. The speeding tickets were in different counties and at different times, but each time Kreps law firm was thorough in obtaining all the data they needed and got both tickets dismissed. I was in s...hock when I got the news. They represented me well and provided me with the best outcome in a very timely manner. Their email updates, paperwork, and overall service was very professional and outstanding! Thank you!

Quality Law Firm

I came to Mr. Kreps with a speeding violation and he got the case completely dismissed. His team was very professional and responsive. If you have a traffic issue in Alabama, THIS IS YOUR GUY!

Reckless Driving Ticket Hero

I received a reckless driving ticket for passing on the interstate while roads were still wet. Which was a bogus ticket but Kreps Law Firm handle my case in less than 2 weeks. I didn't have to drive fours hours for court, they appeared for me and got my ticket dismissed. They are worth the money.

CDL holder

I've been an over the road driver for 22 years and this is the first time i have been accused of any type of violation. I have close to 2million safe driving miles and am very conscious about keeping a clean record. Living out of state, i took a chance and did my research and found the overwhelming ...good reviews for Kreps law firm. I decided to use them to represent me and it was a wise decision.
