Amazing Results! Great Lawyer for my Drug Charges!

I hired Kreps Law Firm to handle my cases of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving too fast for conditions. After Court, Mr. Kreps told me that he would be in touch with me and that he thought all charges would be dismissed. I met with him later at his office and si...gned a release and all charges were dismissed! I didn’t have to pay the Court any money and did not have to do CRO. Kreps Law Firm kept in touch with me and everyone was very friendly. I was able to keep my clean record. Will send everyone I know to Kreps Law Firm! THANK YOU!!!

Traffic ticket client

I have a history of speeding. And of getting caught! The Kreps Law Firm saved me from getting my license suspended. I attended an 8 hour live Defensive Driving course and performed Community Servive at a local Kennel and Veteraniarian Office, under Krep's instructions. This greatly improved my case i...n the eyes of the Court. I was placed on probation but was allowed to keep my driving priveledge. Then, while on probation, I got another speeding ticket! I immediately called Krep's Law Firm! They were very helpful and were able to successfully negotiate with the Court to allow me to keep my driving priveledge once again. This has saved me immeasurably since I need to be able to drive back and forth to work and my hours are inconsistent. I have learned my lesson and try to leave earlier to get to work on time so I can avoid any future speeding tickets. I will be forever grateful to Krep's Law Firm for assisting me with my cases. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Fantastic Legal Counsel

I am very happy with the results of my case. I work at night and would've been unable to attend court without sacrificing a large amount of sleep since I live nearly an hour from the court at which I was to appear for a traffic violation. I was charged with going 85 in a 70 on my way to church one Su...nday. Joseph Kreps handled the case for me from start to finish and I was able to keep my sleep and my job from being affected adversely. My ticket was dismissed, providing that I attended a driving course and pay court costs. I appreciate his services and will continue to utilize them in the future, should the need arise.

Well Worth Everything

I had been attempting to reinstate my drivers license for 2 years. I was discourgaed by all of the red tape and hoop jumping that the DPS was giving me. Even though I had not had a traffic ticket in more than 18 months, I was still being denied reinstatement. On the advice of a court clerk I knew,... I retained Kreps law firm and in less than 2 weeks I was given the clearence I needed to reinstate my licence!! This law firm is knowledgable, trust worthy, and very reponsive to questions/concerns. I recommed them very highly!!

BIG HELPThe

I was recently ticketed for Improper lane usage and no seat belt. After doing a web search I found Kreps Law Firm and contacted them that same night. the answering service said someone would call the next day (Saturday) Vicki contacted as promised. I explainrd the situation to her and explained that... I am a CDL holder and would really like to keep the points off my record. She told me she felt like they could be of help. After several more conversations and research AVVO being one of them I decided to let them handle it for me. After getting a couple of extensions Mr. Kreps called me a couple of days before the latest court date and said that he had taken care of it. The judge dismissed the improper lane usage ticket without even any court cost. Payed the no seat belt ticket and case closed.
